Urban mobility d.o.o. the owner of the website and the domain www.spincity.hr undertakes not to misuse personal data from the order form in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, and undertakes to provide protection to the personal data of users, in such a way as to collect only necessary, basic data about users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs users about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives users the possibility to choose about the use of their data, including the possibility to decide whether or not they want their name to be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. The Spin City application has the ability to take a picture/photo in real time via the camera on a smart device and process the photos into storage in order to record possible damage and dirtiness of the vehicle and prevent possible misuse and unauthorized use of the vehicle. The Spin City application has the ability to upload and transfer images/photos of damage and vehicle cleanliness status to a third-party server (Invers GmbH – Cocosoft), which through the server supports Spin City service operations through the provision of telematics-technical infrastructure services, and for the purpose of providing services to end users.
